Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policies

I am committed to providing you with a product that you are proud to own. My hopes are that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let me know so that we can work together to resolve the issues.

Refunds will be accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

NO Refunds on Custom Orders, I will instead work with you to make your item the way you want it.

Once I have received the returned item, a refund will be processed within 4 to 6 business days. You may not see the refund reflected on your statement for a while, depending on how payment was made, so please be patient.

All returned items must be in the original packaging, and in the same condition received.

If your item is damaged on its way to you, please let me know. I will gladly repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you, once the damaged item has been returned.

If your item is lost in shipping, I will work with you and the post office to see if we can track it down. If we are unable to locate your missing package, I will issue a full refund of your purchase price, or ship you a replacement item at no additional charge.
